  • WHAT PACKAGING DO YOU USE?
    All orders are wrapped in 100% recycled tissue paper, FCS recycled boxes and 'Hero' cornstarch biodegradable bags.
  • HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
    All orders purchased on ginn.com.au will be sent with tracking, please check your emails for your tracking number, once your parcel has been sent.
  • HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
    You can return, exchange or request a refund for any item ordered on ginn.com.au within 7 days of the delivery date and returned to us within 14 days of delivery (please see conditions).
  • WHAT IS PREORDER?
    Pre-ordering allows you to purchase an item before it is released and available in stock. An estimated timeline is available for all pre-oder products. This date may be subject to change due to production reasons. You will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as your package has been shipped but will be charged when the order has been placed.
  • MY ORDER HAS BEEN DECLINED.
    If the system declines your order, please check that all the information entered is correct. You may need to contact us or your bank.
  • CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER?
    If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us ASAP via e-mail or by completing the form located in the 'Contact Us' section and we will do our best to accomodate for you. Unfortunately, this may not always be possible, once we begin processing your order, you will no longer be able to cancel or change it.
